You have to be “present” to win!

You have to be “present” to win!

Throughout the day I create active emotional images of how my life looks without cancer, atrial-fib and fear. Infused with joy and thankfulness: I am hiking and swimming. I am writing and teaching. I am happy and rested. I am loving and kind. I am doing practices and relaxation. I am strong and flexible. I am full of life. I walk in the grace of quiet solitude.

Worry is one of the best examples that I have an imagination.
Worry is one of the most powerful examples of my imagination controlling my life.
I could imagine (or create) something different, something positive and constructive.
No need to listen to nor believe my imagination when it defies my inner guide.

The problem with imagining fearful things and danger is it will attract those things.
If those things come my way, I do not need to prepare solutions in advance. When things are simply beyond my control, it is in my defenselessness that my safety lies by being present. When I can avert that which is yet to come, my creativity will surface solutions.

The future always arrives as “now.” I manage “now” as best I can and then whatever “now” brings, I will manage it as best I can.

Intuition and higher consciousness live in the “now”, they don’t require any effort beyond my recognition and awareness of them. I have to be “present” to win!
Love guides me constantly in the present moment. I rest in God.

“Truth is that which quiets my mind and opens my heart.”
I use this guideline to manage business decisions and personal decisions.
It is the direct opposite of what public education taught me.

I am transitioning from being one who suffers from the consequences of other people’s actions to becoming a visionary – one who takes charge of the cause, no longer wasting time deflecting the effects of others. Let the dogs bark.

A person of vision manages anything and everything because they are directly connected to the source of anything and everything. My inner guide is the lynchpin.

Do I really think sages spend their time thinking about how to prepare for disasters, problems, and scandals?
Or do they spend their time staying in the present moment of “now” planning, creating, and building a sustainable future for everyone by simply listening to their inner guide?

There is no difference between their inner guide and mine.
If there is a difference, it is purely my imagination. Another incorrect assumption to ignore.

There is my business, your business and God’s business. I focus on my business.
Which is really busy-ness that probably does not matter too much.
What? What time is it? Oh, it’s now.
