Never place a period…

Never place a period, where God has placed a comma.

It’s identity crisis time again! Yep, again.
I must keep dropping my ‘cancer identity’ label unless that is the outcome I seek.

This requires me to keep re-drawing the roadmap to my future.
Mapping out a future that is completely free of all previously known content & identities…

Is that possible?
How did Steve Jobs of Apple create the iPhone that never existed before?

All I have to be is open to an infinite void of richness and wonder.
Once again uniting my mind and breath to travel beyond the known.

If NOW is the only time there is…and that is true…then Now is a presence devoid of content. A place where I witness the events, emotions and experiences of the day.

There will never be a time when it will not be Now.
When my ‘present moment’ is full of clutter, only my exhalation flowing twice as long as my inhalation can dump this trash.

Freedom and living a fulfilling life are wonderful things that exist in the Now.
I have to ‘not be a habit driven sleepyhead’ when it comes to planning my day if Now is my goal.

I cannot keep rehearsing and reliving thought patterns, beliefs and activities of yesterday.
Each morning and before falling asleep at night, I stretch my nasal-based breath to remove all pauses, shortness and jerkiness.

Irregularities in my breathing pattern triggers my amygdala & more to repeat the past.
Killing my access to the present moment is so easy when my breath is not smooth, slow, quiet, continuous and diaphragmatic.

Any pain that is yet to come can be avoided by staying present.
All I need is my real map to Now. I actually draw it out on my sketch pad.

I always have to correct my idea of what a map of success/happiness would look like.

Now a real map that gets me out of my head and into my life is possible.
Dr. Joe wrote a great description of my dilemma:

“If you can’t think greater than how your feel, this thinking-feeling loop keeps you anchored to your past and creates a constant state of being. This is how the body becomes the mind – or in time, how your thoughts fun you and your feelings own you.”
— Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza, Chapter 5, page 114

The breath maps (patterns) taught in Vishoka Meditation and the tapping of EFT are my solutions for breaking the cycle of mind and body dominance over my conscience and my present moment consciousness.
This is how I learned to get myself out of the trap of habits and head trash.
[Beware: this is a daily, sometimes hourly, “rinse and repeat cycle” until new habits are strong enough to prevent me from back-sliding.]

It has been so easy for me to unknowingly stroll down a dead-end alley of rehearsing and reliving the past by simply not paying attention.
My mind’s auto-pilot is really an “ought oh!!” pilot unless I stay present.

When my present is packed full of the past with clutter was everywhere…
It takes courage to dump my trash. If I throw away everything that is so familiar (think: ‘comfortable’) no matter how useless or painful it is, then what???

I would be stepping into a new future that is way out of my comfort zone.

You can probably tell that this is my week of clarity.
I have lots more to share! It will be coming much sooner than later.

Best wishes,

Blair
